Town house. Early C19. Granite ashlar front with keyed flat
arches over ground floor windows; asbestos slate roof; brick
stack on left. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front with blind central window. C20 sixteen-pane
horned sashes and central early C19 doorway with moulded
architrave with corner blocks with roundels and panelled
reveals and pediment all within stucco surround with consoles
and carved frieze to keyed entablature. Central 1st-floor
window recess contains c1980 sculpture of Bishop Bronescombe.
