Town house. Late C18. Granite rubble walls; steep dry slate
hipped roof with modillion eaves cornice. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys; symmetrical 2-window front. C20 rebuilt 3-storey
canted bays with C20 copy sashes and central pilastered
doorway with carved consoles and moulded hood cornice.
INTERIOR: when inspected c1980 had original open-well
closed-string stair with stick balusters and ramped mahogany
handrail with turned newels and some late C18 chimneypieces.
