Small town house. Inscription 1737 and initials R B. Painted
rubble with timber lintels; steep asbestos slate roof with
half hip on left; diagonally-set brick stack on left.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Possibly early
C19 or replica bowed casements to 1st floor with C20 opening
lights: 3-light window on left, 2-light window on right.
Ground floor has early C19 or copy bowed and outward sloping
tapered 36-pane window said to be from a ship. INTERIOR not
inspected.
