Town house later shop. C17, remodelled late C18. Render on
jettied studwork over rubble ground floor with C17 chamfered
granite round arches to basement; some slatehanging at sides;
modillioned triangular pediment fronting low pitched asbestos
slate roof. Double-depth plan ie end on to street. 3 storeys
over basement; 1-window range. Central early C19 sixteen-pane
hornless sashes. Ground floor has two C18 projecting shop
windows with externally-moulded glazing bars under deep jetty,
flanking early C20 partly-glazed door approached by 2 granite
steps between 2 basement windows. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest. The C18 shop front is a most notable
survival.
