Detached surburban house. Early C19. Local rubble; rag slate
hipped roof with projecting eaves on paired brackets.
Double-depth plan plus former service wing on the left. 2
storeys; symmetrical 5-window front plus 3-window-range
service wing set back on the left. C20 windows replacing
original sashes since 1972. Large glazed porch with dentilled
cornice. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
