Town house with later shop. Probably early C18. Painted
slatehanging on timber-frame with pseudo jetty between upper
floors created by moulded cornice; bitumen-grouted ragslate
roof with moulded cornice under projecting front eaves.
Possible double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range.
Mid/late C19 four-pane hornless sashes to 1st floor; C20
horned copies above; all within moulded wooden architraves.
Ground floor has early C20 transomed double shop front with
central deep splayed doorway; slender mullions; moulded
entablature obscured by mid C20 sign over blind but visible on
right over house doorway with overlight and 2-panel door with
arched panels. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
