House, late C15 or early C16, altered and extended C17 and C18. 1½ storeys
and attics, 4 windows. Timber-framed and rendered. Hipped thatched roof
with plaintiled gabled casement dormer and axial C17 chimney of red brick. C19
and C20 small-pane casements. C20 boarded entrance door with C20 open
pantiled porch. Formerly-open central hall, storeyed service room to left an
parlour to right. Alterations in C17 included insertion of chimney into
cross-passage and complete re-roofing with raised eaves level. Rear wing
added C18.
