GV II

Cottage and attached outbuilding. Late C17; C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed
squared ironstone. Concrete tile roof; C20 brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys; 2-window range. Central plank door has mid C20 applied ribs and arch;
mid C20 open timber porch. 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bar.
Painted wood lintels on ground floor. Interior noted as having exposed beams.
Attached outbuilding on left is a fragment of a former barn. Plank door.
Corrugated iron roof. Left return side of whitewashed brick has queen post roof
truss, with some lath and plaster infill.
