Corn barn. C17-C18. Weatherboarding on timber framing with brick
and flint sill walls. Thatched roof. 5 bays with aisles returned
at ends as half bays. Jowled posts bracketed to ties and wall
plates. Canted struts to single purlin roof. Aisles divided by
low brick walls with sill plates carrying main posts. Walls
slender close studding. Threshing floor in central bay.
