Stables, mid C17. Timber framed with brick facade. Central
carriageway and 2 carriage entrances either side, each with pair of
6-panel doors and half-round fanlight, and keystone. Gabled end
projections with large asymmetrical oval keyed oeils be boeuf with
stone architraves. Round headed light in tympanum and 4 dormer
windows to attic. Design has been claimed to be by Isaac de Caus.
