Farmhouse. Early C17 with mid C19 facade and various rear additions;
renovated c.1983. Timber framed core, largely cased in mid C19 red brick;
pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell plan. 3 windows, mid C20 small
pane casements, slightly cambered brick arches; good mid C19 doorway: angled
pilasters with an inset lozenge within the plinth, entablature and flat hood;
6-panel door and narrow rectangular fanlight. Good internal stack with
original base incorporating 2 inset lozenge panels and moulded brickwork
above; the upper part is of sawtooth pattern but has been rebuilt. External
stack to left hand gable end.
