Cottage. C17. Timber framed, partly replaced with brick, colourwashed. Pantiled roof replacing thatch. Lobby entry plan with C20 four-panelled door and C19 timber casement windows. Framing has heavy bressumer and two panels above, one stud bearing incised inscription 1619 SEPTE W. Two late C17 leaded windows to rear.
Interior has one fireplace in central stack serving left living/kitchen. Unshaped binder to left room, rough spine beam on right, and later stack added in rear wall.
