GV II

A pair of cottages Early C19. in slightly Gothic style. Timber-framed and rendered
hipped, thatched roofs. A centrally-placed chimney-stack, with a plain square red
brick shaft, topped by 4 pots. 2 storeys. Both cottages have one 3-light and one
2-light casement window to each floor, all with semi-circular heads to lights,
2 narrow horizontal glazing bars and rectangular hoodmoulds. At each end, a half-
glazed entrance door in a plain surround, with a small projecting segmental-arched
porch roof supported by solid moulded brackets.
