Detached cottage. Early C18. Chalk block and rubble stone with
some brick, thatched roof with hip to right and gable end brick
stacks. Single-storey and attic, 2-window. Planked door to left
of centre with 2-light casement either side. Two eyebrow dormers
to attic with 2-light casements. Lean-to extension attached to
right return. Rear has C20 four-light casement to left and 2-light
casement to right. Attic dormers. Interior not accessible at time
of survey (April 1987).
