Detached cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber-framing on rubble
stone plinth, dressed limestone gable end wall with stack, thatched
roof with stone and brick stack and coped verge to left gable end,
half-hip to right. Gable end to road, 2-bay. Single-storey and
attic, 1-window. Planked door and three 2-light casements to
ground floor of west front, one eyebrow dormer with 2-light
casement. C20 brick addition attached to north gable end. Rear
has 2-light casements and large eyebrow dormer. Right return
gable-end to road has chamfered first floor light.
Interior has chamfered beam with ogee stops, open fireplace with
bread ovens, some wind bracing to roof.
