Small house. Early C19. Brick and tile. Front (north) of 1 storey and attic,
2 windows. Plain roof, with catslide at rear, and central stack. The walls
have a lower section of English bond, a middle of Flemish, and narrow top band
of English; there are cambered openings; the west gable is of flint with brick
dressings. Cast-iron casements. Boarded door in a plain frame. Included for
group value.
