House, now incorporating shop. Early C19. Stucco lined as ashlar; clay tile roof; central rendered stack. Two storeys; six windows; glazing bar sashes with projecting sills; second from right blind on first floor; six panelled door to right with panelled architrave, a simple flat hood carried on console brackets and a semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars; Victorian or early C20 shop front to left with recessed central entrance and three pane shop windows on either side.

Cast iron railings enclose a small forecourt.
