Cottage. Mid C18, with mid C20 alterations and additions.
Random granite rubble, possibly with timber framing, and brick,
front roughcast and colourwashed, with corrugated asbestos and
plain tile roofs. 2 brick gable stacks. Single storey plus
attics, 3 bays. Front has central C20 flush door flanked by
single C20 3 light casements, all with segmental heads. To the
left, single storey C20 addition, with lean-to glazed porch
covering a close boarded door and a casement. North gable has,
above, to right, a small 3 light casement with segmental head.
Rear has deep rubble plinth and roughcast first floor. To left,
a tiny barred fixed light. Above to the left, a C20 2 light
casement. The interior, refitted late C19 and C20, has a C18
ladder stair.
