Cottage. Late C18 with C19 and C20 additions. Brick,
whitewashed, with concrete and plain tile roofs. Single brick
ridge stack. Single and 2 storeys, 4 bays. South front has a
slightly off-centre C20 door with a small fixed light to its
left. Beyond, to left, a single casement and beyond again, a 2
light sliding sash, both with segmental heads. To the right, a 2
light casement. Above, a 2 light and a single casement. To the
left, a single storey addition with a glazed door flanked to left
by a close boarded door and to right by a C20 casement. Rear has
rendered plinth and 2 three light casements with segmental heads.
Above, to left, a C20 casement, and to right a 3 light C19
casement. Gable end, to street, has a 2 light casement on each
floor. Interior has 2 chamfered ceiling beams, one of them with
stops, and a fireplace bressummer. Single C18 2 panel door.
