South east aspect. Late C18 farmhouse with mid C19 rear addition. Brick with Swithland slate roofs. Brick plinth. Dentillated eaves. Central doorway with moulded case, panelled door and latticed porch, flanked by horizontal-sliding sash windows with segmental heads. First floor has to left, shaped stone incised with the house name and the initial C for Carrington, the Lords of the manor. (Photo May 2013).
