House. Mid - late C18, restored late C20. Coursed squared gritstone,
graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Quoins. Central 4-panel
door in plain stone surround; flanking and first-floor windows are 3-light
with flat-faced mullions and projecting sills. Shaped kneelers, gable
copings end corniced stacks. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
