Farmhouse. Dated 1826. Built for Sir John Trevelyan of Nettlecombe. Red sandstone random rubble, hipped slate roof,
overhanging eaves, soffit board. Plan: double pile. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 12 pane sash windows first floor, centre one
with arched head, 16 pane sash windows groundfloor, central C20 door in arched opening with remains of panelled
reveals. 2 bay left return with plaque inscribed IT 1826.
