Bridge. Late C18 - early C19; widened and partly rebuilt in later C19.
Vertically tooled stone, widened in hammered stone, with parapet of
herringbone-tooled stone. Single span. Elliptical arch of voussoirs,
springing from pilaster buttresses, with roll moulding on downstream side
and chamfered moulding on upstream side. Raised parapet band. Raked
parapet with flat coping. Buttresses rise into parapet to form piers with
shallow hipped caps. Part in CP of Cropton.
