Long range of cottages facing south. Probably early C19 incorporating older masonry.
2 storeys. Mixed rubble and ashlar. Pantile roof. Gable-end parapets with kneelers
Eaves. 4 chimneys, one to right in ashlar with moulded cornice. Banded quoins
to right-hand gable-end. 6 windows. 2 and 3 light wooden casements. 1 large
casement under wooden lintel to left on ground floor, and 2 other windows under
brick segmental arches in middle. 2 doorways. 1 to left under flat wooden hood
on elaborate volutes, the other with segmental head and 1/2-glazed door under wooden
porch with triangular head supported by 2 slender columns. Inset stone at 1st
floor level with shield and inscription 'John Fussell 1656'.
