Field barn. c.1840. Flemish bond red brick with limestone ashlar dressings;
gabled pantile roof. 2-unit plan. Gothick style. 2 storeys; 2-window range.
Pointed arched doorway and 2-light Y-tracery window to cowhouse on left;
panelled double doors to right, set in arched 4-centred architrave with raised
imposts; similar first-floor windows. Stone steps rise to loft door in right
gable end; oval pitching eye in stone architrave to left gable end. Interior:
unchamfered beams. An unusual example of a Gothick-style farmbuilding in the
'ferme ornee' tradition.
