House. Late C18. Coursed gritstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 first-
floor windows with flanking lean-to additions. Central ½-glazed 4-panel
door with keyed lintel and gabled hood. Flanking and first-floor windows
are C20 top-hung casements in original sawn-stone surrounds. Shaped
kneelers, coping, end stacks. Flanking lean-to additions have segmental
recesses; right lean-to has inserted C20 garage door and roof raised.
Previous list description recorded that the central first-floor window was
blocked. Included for group value.
