Two houses. Mid C17; mid C18 additions. Random and coursed
rubble limestone; concrete rebuilt ashlar chimneys; stone slate
roof. Two-storey with attic; single-storey with attic addition
to east end; lean-to to front. Front: 2-window fenestration
with gable to right. Lean-to addition obscures right ground floor
casement; 3-light ovolo moulded mullioned casements with
hoodmoulds, 2-light attic casement in gable; some leading.
Central doorway with timber lintel and plank door. Small gabled
attic dormer with timber casement. Lower part to left has mixed
casements and blocked doorway. Rear: fenestration as to front
but some C20 replacements. Doorway to right with gabled porch
hood. West end: gable-mounted chimney; 2 small single-light
attic casements in gable. Interior not inspected but said to
contain stone spiral staircase.
