Small cottage attached to Dolphin Inn (qv). C19. Rendered, slate roof at
slightly lower level than the Inn. Two storeys, one window: 2-light glazing bar
casement at each level, and with C19 4-panel shutters at ground floor. To left
is 4-panel door in C20 gabled porch. Return left has 2 windows; lean-to at
back. Rendered stack to right is external stack to adjacent gable. Included
primarily for group value.
