House, 1714. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. A symmetrical
composition of 2 storeys and 3 bays with a string course over the ground
floor. Windows have architraves and square mullions, and are of 3 lights
except for the middle one on the 1st floor which is of 2 lights. The door, in
the central bay, has a shouldered architrave. Above is an oval plaque with
carved decoration, inscribed: G . Left-hand gable has coping with

kneelers. End chimneys. Barn to right is probably later C18th and is of
watershot sandstone with stone slate roof. Its wide entrance has a segmental
arched head. At the right is a door with chamfered surround.
