Farmhouse. 'RGT 1687' on door lintel. Slobbered sandstone rubble, modern
tile roof. 2-unit plan with central entrance and gable stacks. 2 storeys
with attic. 2 rebated and chamfered window surrounds on each floor, each
with 2 mullions removed. Cyma moulding of door jambs rises to form
battlemented lintel. East gable has blocked 1-Light attic window and stack
projecting on stone corbels at attic floor level. At rear 1st floor has
one 3-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window, while outshut against
east end of rear (north) wall has a 2-light rebated and chamfered mullioned
window on the ground floor.
