Cottage. Late C18. Renovated. Timber framed or claybat, plaster rendered
on flint plinth. Clay bat right hand gable end and stack repaired in brick.
Long straw thatch roof with grey brick ridge stack. Three bay and lobby
entry plan. One storey and attics. Two original framed dormers. Original
openings but later casements and door. Interior: two small rebuilt abutting
hearths. Slender tie beam of soft wood visible. Included for group value
