Circa 1795. Three storeys and attic in red brick. Parapet and light moulded blocking course. Three windows and one blank, gauged flat arches, near flush frame sashes, no glazing bars, first floor painted stone cill band. Wood doorcase with applied attenuated Doric columns, entablature and modillion pediment. Six-panel door with plain rectangular fanlight. This house forms an important adjunct to the North Bar onto which it is joined.
