Former Bedford Estate school built in the late C19.

Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. Old clay tile roof with bracketed eaves.

One storey schoolroom with projecting one storey and attics gabled wing to left hand side which forms school house. Schoolroom has gabled dormer. Three tall two-light casements with glazing bars, mullion and central transom. Drip moulds Gabled porch in angle between wings has stone gable coping with finial and four-centred arched doorway with drip mould. Left hand gable end has coping and finial. First floor two-light casement and ground floor canted bay.
