Mid-C19 Bedford Estate Cottage (the datestone has been obliterated). Coursed
limestone rubble with old clay tile roof. Two storeys. All C20 windows, some
have leaded lights. Left hand projecting stone chimney stack with ashlar
quoins. To the right of this is a double pitched porch projection with stone
gable copings and finials. One storey outbuilding attached to west gable end.
