Formerly Bay Horse Inn, now farmhouse. Late C18 with mid C19 and C20 alterations.
Painted squared rubble, painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys,
formerly double fronted, with mid C19 single-bay extension to the left. Formerly
central entrance has plain surround with moulded hood; 6-panel door, upper 4 now
glazed. Right-hand entrance has thin chamfered surround, door partly glazed with
12 panes. 2 ground floor and 2 upper floor 2-light windows have plain surrounds
and recessed flat faced mullions, 4 pane sashes. left-hand extension of watershot
masonry. One window per storey, plain surrounds, 4 pane sashes. Left-hand gable
end, former left-hand gable, and right of centre ridge stacks.
