Cottage. C17 - early C18. Roughly-dressed stone with Welsh slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 windows.

On ground floor, boarded door to left, inserted 8-pane casement in centre and
12-pane sash to right. On 1st floor a 9-pane sash and two 6-pane casements.
Steeply-pitched roof.

Additional section to left, formerly a farm building, has boarded door and two
C20 half-dormers above.

Walls 30-36 inches thick.
