Small house. Mid-late C18. Limestone rubble with artificial stone slate roof and stone stack ends (that to left renewed mid C20). 2-unit plan with full-height stair tower to rear. 2 storeys. 2-window front with timber lintels over late C20 2-light windows and central timber porch. Interior not inspected.
