Farmhouse. Mid-late C17. Rendered; Cotswold stone slate roof with coped raised verges. 2 storeys and attics in steep stone gables with ball finials. 3 bays, plus 1 to either side in single storey and attic wings. 2- and 3-light casement windows with hollow chamfered mullions and surrounds, under drip moulds; single light casements in gables. Gabled projecting porch with 4-cel1tred arch lintel to door case which has a moulded surround; plank door. Gate piers: ashlar; panelled with moulded cornice; ball finials; cast-iron gates. A good and intact example of the south Gloucestershire gabled farmhouse type.
