Cottage. Early C18. Square-panelled timber framing with painted
brick; painted limestone rubble and brick, rendered infill;
thatched roof; painted brick stack. Rectangular plan with gable
end to road. C20 lean-to extension to gable end away from road,
not of special interest. l½ storeys. West front: 2-light
segmental-headed window with glazing bars and a C20 five-light bow
window and glazing bars. Central 2-light eaves dormer with glazing
bars. Single-light C20 steel casement to gable end facing road.
Timber-framed east elevation with a 3-light canted bay to the
ground floor right; C20 two-light roof dormer. Entrance now via
lean-to. Interior not inspected.
