Semi-detached cottage attached to No 20, Cleeveland Cottage (q.v.).
C17, extended C19. Square-panelled timber framing extended or
partly encased in coursed square and dressed limestone C19; stone
slate roof with stump of coursed squared and dressed limestone
stack. Rectangular plan. Cl9 painted brick extension parallel to
the main body, not of special interest. Two storeys. North front:
C20 six-pane window and 2-light casement to the ground floor; 3-
light raking dormer and large flat-roofed dormer with two 2-light
casements to the upper floor; central plank door. Two-windowed
south front lit by 2-light stone-mullioned casements. C20 part-
glazed panelled door inserted in the east gable end. Projecting
gable-end stack. Interior not inspected.
