Semi-detached cottage attached to No 18, Cleeveland Cottage (q.v.).
Mid C17-early C18. Square-panelled timber framing with rendered
infill on a rendered plinth; south-facing-gable end coursed
squared and dressed limestone; stone slate roof; C20 rubble
stack. Rectangular plan with timber framed extension at right
angles to rear with gable end to road. l½ storeys. East-facing
elevation: 8-pane oriel window supported on straight brackets.
C20 plank door with two frosted glass panes to the right. C20
flat-roofed two-light roof dormer. Small single-light round-headed
window with carved spandrels to the gable end facing the road. Two
4-pane fixed windows to the ground floor of the timber-framed
extension; 2-light wooden casement to the gable. Interior not
inspected.
