House. Late C17-early C18. Coursed squared and dressed limestone
with finely dressed quoins; artificial stone slate roof; early
brick stack. Rectangular main body with later extensions to rear.
Flat-roofed studio to rear and garage extension to the left gable
end, not of special interest: Two storeys and attic. Symmetrical
2-windowed facade; two 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned
windows with stopped hoods to the ground floor, one taller than the
other; two similar 2-light windows to the first floor. Central
C20 plank door with 4 glazed panes. Two-light stone-mullioned
window with stopped hood at the left gable end; blocked
ventilation slit with projecting sill above. Single-light window
with stone surround and moulded hood at the right gable end;
blocked ventilation slit with a projecting sill, above. Off-the-
ridge stack. Stepped gable-end coping with roll-cross saddles.
