6/74 Rose Tree Cottage

Detached cottage. Probably early C17 although with plaster date
panel of 1901 to front. Roughcast faced, said to be timber-framed,
concrete tile roof, rear external stone stack. Single long range
of tall single-storey and attic section to right, and lower section
to left, with central gable end with decorative barge boards to
left of taller section. Gable has one 3-light casement to each
floor with elaborate patterned leading. Wood lattice gabled porch
to right with door of 4 moulded recessed panels. Small square 4-
pane single light to each end. Interior not accessible.
