GV II

House. Early-mid C19, altered. Coursed squared herringbone-tooled
stone; pantile roof with stone coping and ridge; stone stacks.
2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. Chamfered plinth. Openings have
raised surrounds that of the door and lst-floor windows with a
rebate. Step up to central 6-panel door with overlight. Windows
are 4-pane sashes. lst-floor band. Eaves cornice. Hollow-moulded
kneelers. Shouldered and corniced end stacks. Rear: C20 single-
storey addition not of special interest. Right return: an inserted
window on each floor and original attic window with 4-pane side-
sliding sash.
