Public House. Early-mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Pale reddish-
brown local brick, tumbled-in at gable. Whitewashed front. Stepped and
dentilled eaves; 1st floor band. Roman concrete tile roof with end stacks.
2 storeys, 2 bays with modern extension to left. Central C19 doorcase of
engaged reeded columns, frieze and small flat hood. 6-panel door with
fanlight. Panelled reveals and soffit. C20 Yorkshire sash windows,
segmental-arched openings to ground floor.
