House. 1734. Rendered with stone dressings, graduated stone slate roof.
Double-range plan. 3 storeys, 5 bays, symmetrical elevation. 3 stone steps
up to central C18 half-glazed door set in stone Doric porch with 2
pilasters, 2 columns, frieze, cornice and blocking course. All windows have
stone sills, those to ground and first floors are sashes with glazing bars.
Second floor: 6-pane sashes. Wide eaves. Stone copings, shaped kneelers,
end stacks. Interior: Hall has diamond shaped stone flags to floor. Large
open-well staircase with bulb and umbrella balusters. Round-arched stair
window flanked by fluted Ionic pilasters, keystone. Main rooms have simple
moulded cornices.
