House. Mid-late C18 with later alterations. Rendered, C20 pantile roof. 3 storeys,
3 bays. In 3rd bay, C19 3-panel door below fanlight in simple Tuscan round-arched
doorcase. On ground floor, two C19 canted bay windows with plate glass and lead
roofs. On first floor, 4-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes. On second
floor, smaller, 12-pane unequally-hung sash windows with exposed sash boxes. To
left, lead rainwater pipe with decorative hopper head. Cornice. Ashlar coping
to left. Brick end stack to left. Included for group value.
