House. c1800. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Quoins. Central 6-panel door, the top 2 panels glazed, in
flush doorcase; flanking and first-floor 12-pane side-sliding sashes with
projecting sills and plain lintels. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, banded
end stacks. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
