House. c1840. Hammer-dressed sandstone, with herringbone-tooled quoins;
pantile roof; rebuilt brick chimneys. Central stairhall plan, 1 room deep,
with rear service wing. 2-storey, symmetrical 3 window front. Central 4-
panel door with overlight. 16-pane sashes throughout, with stone sills.
Heavy, painted lintels to all openings. End stacks. Rear: single storey
with catslide roof.
