Former cornmill. Early C19 with later alteration. Dressed sandstone to
front and right gable, sandstone rubble to left; timber lucam; herringbone-
tooled quoins; slate roof. 3-storey, 4-bay front, with single storey pent
office extension to front. Full height gabled lucam projects over double
board doors to right of extension. Board door in keyed segment-arched
opening in return wall of extension. To left of extension is former
millwheel chamber opening, with keyed round arch of voussoirs, now blocked
by 2-light small pane casement with stone sill. Remaining windows to mill
are similar with heavy milled lintels. 2-light, small-pane, horizontal
sliding sash to extension. Single fixed light with glazing bars to each
stage of lucam.
